Shaun T Insanity Workout

By Peppy On July 29, 2010 No Comments

The big question being raised daily in the hard-core fitness world is does the Shaun T Insanity Workout live up to its big claims. You figure with this being blasted all over television and other print media and of course the web, you have to wonder. I can tell you that it’s a real fitness program and not just some nutritional supplement pill. What you put into this workout program is what you’ll get out of it.

This training regimen is a challenging feat indeed, but is something that anyone can do if they put their mind into it and focus. Your mind is your most powerful weapon and your body will only do what your mind tells it to do. The Insanity Workout Program is 60 days but if you’re busy working the program the time should go by very quickly. So get your mind right, get into the rythym and get started with it.

Insanity Workout Vs P90X Workout

By Peppy On July 20, 2010 No Comments

If you’re trying to compare the Insanity Workout to the P90X routine, what is different between the two are the exercises for both. The Insanity Workout includes a lot of hard core cardio training that will keep you drinking gallons of ice water. The P90X is more for straight muscle building. However if you’re doing the P90X Workout you will need to be a member of a fitness center or have some basic weight training equipment in your home and is definitely the choice for the muscle building meathead.

Although the Insanity Workout Program is only 60 days and the P90X Program is 90 days (hence the name makes it a dead giveaway) you have to decide how much time you have to get in shape. But a decision like this shouldn’t take much thought at all. Fitness should be a journey and not a destination. If Cardio is your thing then the Insanity Workout is your best bet. However if you are looking to stack on as much muscle mass as you can then you should consider P90X. Both programs have detailed DVD sets.

Insanity Workout Month 2

By Peppy On July 20, 2010 No Comments

I was reading a blog post today about a lady who is on month two of the Shaun T. Insanity Workout. This part involves the Max Interval Circuit training. She mentioned after doing this that all parts of her body was sweating, including her arms, legs, head and even her belly button. While she didn’t think it was possible, it was. After he second month what we thought was hard core workout exercises is just now a mere warm up on month number two. Her circuit training went up from 2 moves to 3 moves.

She also mentioned that Shaun T. laughs during these sessions because he loves killing people. It’s obvious that anyone that goes through his workouts believes he actually means this. She prefers the morning verses the afternoon workout routines because it’s easier for her to get through it on an empty stomach. Eating becomes secondary when you are going through a routine like this.
