She also doesn’t think people do good with wheat based carbohydrates.

Isabel suggests in her Diet Solutions Video that carbs like Sweet Potatoes, Yams or Brown Rice and different grains you might not be use to eating mike Millet. She also explains that there are certain carbs you can eat safely with each one of your meals like a bowl of berries with your breakfast, an apple with your lunch and to definitely have some vegetables with every single one of your meals.
