The 10,000 Steps a Day exercise program is part of The Diet Solution used by many modern people who need more exercise, need to look healthier and just lose weight. This book isn’t for aspiring gym rats, but I do think it will work well with The Diet Solution By Isabel De Los Rios. Some people using this book are even maintaining a blog and noting their exercise progress and accomplishment on it. If blogging is your thing you can surely do this, or you can do what I’m doing and create a hubpage about it.
